1 Year Blogiversary Prize 1

There is going to be some serious picture spam, so prep yourselves.  Since this is going to be a very pic heavy post, I'm going to cut down on the chit chat so you can see the actual polishes in the prize.  I don't own all of the polishes in this prize, so this review is only for those polishes that I have in my collection.  All of the polishes in this post were either purchased by me or were gifted to me for the giveaway and not for review.  To enter, go HERE.

Ok, so here's the first prize again:

Sponsored by Wishes of a Blue-Eyed Girl, Polish Monster, Born for a Storm (aka sarawthouttheh), Sharla Sells Avon, Polished 10, and Nail Bed Dreams.

Julie G Gumdrop Blueberry Fizz, Blue-Eyed Girl Lacquer Birthday Wishes, Monster Polish Electric Youth, Monster Polish Cover Girl, Elevation Ginza, LA Girl 3D Black Illusion, OPI mini Can't Find My Czechbook, Sinful 24/7, Avon Celestial, Avon Galaxy, and Bath and Body Works Rainkissed Leaves Body Lotion.

And here are some closeup shots of the bottles.  Click on them to enlarge them.

The polishes I have for review tonight are Monster Polish Electric Youth, Monster Polish Cover Girl, OPI Can't Find my Czechbook, and Sinful 24/7.  Let's get crackin, shall we?

Monster Polish Electric Youth

Electric Youth is a bright crisp green chock full of neon pink hexes, hearts, and butterflies, neon green stars, iridescent hexes, and a blue to purple shimmer.

This is three coats that covers up VNL easily.  Application was a breeze, and the shapes were very easy to get out of the bottle.  Dry time was medium taking around 5-8 minutes to be dry to the touch.

That shimmer just kills me dead.  Gorgeous!

Monster Polish Cover Girl

If you love neons but don't really like shapes, Cover Girl is your polish.  A light pink base with neon blue, pink, green, yellow, and purple hexes in various sizes.

Again, this is three easy coats.  The glitter was a little harder to get out than for Electric Youth, but I wouldn't say it rises to the level of exceedingly difficult.

Diana really knows how to do shimmers.  This blue shimmer is a serious stunner.

OPI Can't Find My Czechbook

Czechbook is a very pretty blue creme that is similar to others I have in my collection, but not a dead on dupe.

This is three coats, but I probably could've gotten away with 2 thicker coats.  However, I tend to add an extra coat to make sure my photos don't show any major imperfections that I couldn't see with the naked eye.

Application was easy with very little cleanup, but dry time was a little on the longer side.

Sinful 24/7

24/7 is a super bright neon pink creme that dries satiny-matte.  The color was a little difficult for my camera, but I think it's pretty accurate on my screen even if it made my hands look like they had absolutely no color...  And no, I haven't altered the color on these photos at all.

Application was a little streaky, but three coats seemed to work fine.  I used four, though, because I had a little bald patch on my index finger that needed covering.

Dry time was quick, so I didn't bother with a topcoat.

So, there you have it!  I wish I had all of the polishes in my giveaway to show you guys, but I figure some photos are better than none!
